On top of the robust support you will recieve, we also offer a weekly check-in to make sure you're making ongoing progress over the 6 weeks.

6 Weeks of SGPT: Get small group personal training to push your limits and receive personalised guidance.

Unlimited Classes: Access to all fitness classes for the next 6 weeks — attend as many as you like, from HIIT to calisthenics.

Expert Coaching: Our experienced trainers will help you develop strength, improve technique, and stay accountable.

Option 2: 6 Weeks of Unlimited Classes Only for £75

Unlimited Classes: Join any of our fitness classes, with a flexible schedule to fit your lifestyle.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I MISS A FEW DAYS?

Not every day needs to be a training day. Our approach to training, includes rest days to help aid your recovery.

If you sign up to the program and know that you will be unavailable for a portion of the 6 weeks, let us know, and we may be able to extend it for you – So you can still get the most out of your experience.

HOW LONG ARE THE SESSIONS?

The SQUAD(SGPT) sessions are up to 1 hour long and the fitness classes are between 45 mins and 1 hour.

WHEN ARE THE SESSIONS?

We have sessions from 6AM most days up until 1pm, with the 2nd wave of sessions starting from 5pm up until 8pm.

WHEN CAN I START?

Your 6 weeks starts from the date of your 1st booking. So if you pay on Friday and book your session for the following Monday your 6 weeks will start from Monday.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER THE 6 WEEKS?

After successfully completing your 6 week program, you’ll have the chance to keep your momentum going and join a SQUAD or CLASS ONLY Membership.
